Accela Marketing is a supporter of the Upton Gardens Girls Centre for abused and at-risk girls. Her Excellency, The Governor General Of Saint Lucia, Dame Pearlette Louisey hosted The Ladies In Hats fundraiser and tea for the home. It was a rollicking good time. Though I cheated and wore a fascinator instead of a hat.
